recently took my vehicle in for service and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional, making the entire process easy and stress-free. They kept me informed throughout the service and completed the work exactly within the timeframe they promised. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. They provided a clear overview of some preventative maintenance items that may need attention over the next few thousand miles, along with estimated pricing, so I can plan ahead without any surprises. There was never any pressure—just helpful information and recommendations. I was also pleasantly surprised when the final bill came in lower than I expected based on the pricing listed on their website. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values transparency, customer service, and quality work. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

This MEINEKE location has come through for me more than once. Their customer service is excellent, their explanations are thorough, they offer and provide great vehicle care. I recently returned to this location after a less satisfactory conversation with another service technician across town, and they spoke to me with respect and clarity. What a great difference. I will definitely be back for all of my vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

I had a great experience at the Meineke shop in Broken Arrow. The worker there [I can't recall his name, either Cody or Nathan] went above and beyond to make sure my Kia Sedona was safe and ready to get back on the road. They handled an oil change, checked my tires, and replaced the air filter, and everything was done thoroughly and professionally. I really appreciated the extra attention to detail and the effort they put in to make sure everything was in top shape. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, especially being new to the area from Alaska; but this team definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, honest service.

Had 8:00 am appointment on Saturday for possible brake job. Arrived at 8:05, car was on rack by 8:15, and had diagnosis by 8:25 brakes were fine, but I expected and went ahead with brake fluid flush, since my car hasn’t had one in 13 years. Derrick and his team did a great job texting me pics of the brake’s and showing them to me on his screen. He also recommended coupon I didn’t know about. I’ll be back. Great value.
